Usually, yes. In most cases we can fish cable through the wall from an existing circuit or the panel and cut in a single new box, with little or no patching.
Those are GFCI-protected outlets, and tripping means they're sensing a fault, often moisture, a failing appliance, or a worn receptacle. We'll test the circuit, find the cause, and replace anything that's failed.
Yes. We replace the light's box with a fan-rated box and brace, and can add separate switching for the fan and light if you'd like.
